Having difficulty saving my android galaxy a70 phone data.

Hello.

I have a Samsung Galaxy a70 phone. I had a scare with the screen going black a few weeks ago and got it replaced and is now working but have been trying for a couple weeks trying to back up everything on it , such as Whats app , contacts , music , of course all photos and videos maybe apps etc. I have tried google back up cloud , it only saves 4.9 gigs , I dont see any whats app, maybe 5 % of photos and no video and I have it set to save 100 gigs . I have tried Samsung cloud , it does not work at all. I am getting concerned why its not wokring . I am not super tech savy , I need something easy/simple to save everything . After I back up everything I will look for a new phone to have if this one goes bad.

Why not back up to a computer?

As far as apps go, they can be redownloaded and installed.

Well I thought it was going to be easy to up load to the cloud thing ,I guess I don’t trust my computer to be a safe storage. But could I DL to my computer and then save on say a large usb drive ?

You should never have one backup.

Make more than one backup.

If you have only one and it is bad then you loose that data.
