Ok, Iβve checked & as I have all my photos in the iCloud thereβs nothing there, which suggests that iCloud photos has been enabled & the missing photos are not downloaded to the device.

Another update. I downloaded and installed Icloud for Windows on my computer. I can now see all the photos, 902, that are on my phone. However if I chose a certain picture and try to save it to my desktop, it gives it a name like icloud photos.mhtml when I find that photo on my desktop, nothing is there.
I did figure out how to download ALL pictures to my computer that takes about 20 minutes, so that is not too bad. The pictures come in as a ZIP folder, but I can open the whole folder. They all open as very small pictures, even though I chose large, or extra large in the View options at top. If I click on a certain picture it does open as normal. Seems like a lot of work to do to just see a certain picture on my phone. Lot different from before, when I used to just connect to my computer, and I saw all pictures. Oh well, I am convinced that maybe my phone is dying, because as I said before, if I connect my wifeβs phone to my computer, (like I did in the past). I can see all the photos on her phone without, Itunes, or Icloud for Windows. Thanks to all for all your help and suggestions. MikeComment
