    OTA updates failing because Password error

    I have got a YesTel tablet (T5_EEA) with Android 10.

    If I put a GiffGaff sim in it I can use Mobile Data with no problem.
    When I put my Virgin Media sim in I can not use the Mobile Data. I have received the OTA setting but it keeps failing saying β€œPassword error”
    I just wondered if anyone knows what password it is talking about.
    I have looked it the phone setting for updates but it just shows the tablet updates.

    1. We will not assist with recovery of or figuring out of system passwords, PINs, or 2FA codes for any reason.

      I was not trying to figure out what the password β€œIs” just which one was it, then I would already know what it β€œis”.
      But hey. I understand so no problem.
