Am i hacked?

Hello, I am having security concerns with my phone…I use atnt cell towers…I’m under the impression that cell phone companies use dynamic ip addresses…mine is showing up as static or fixed, and I am in New Jersey however all my logins have shown up as Memphis Tennessee. I thought it might be an issue with my device but I have another phone line with my line of service and the same issue…I search my IP address and it shows as Memphis Tennessee and a static ip address…another issue is my device does not allow me to update, which I read is another sign of my device being hacked, and when I went to update my second device, it constantly kept kicking me off of wifi when doing the update, when my internet service is generally stable…any advice would be helpful…thank you…also my devices are samsung s8, the other device is a Motorola…

Wouldn’t be tooooo concern that your phone is infected.
Androids can be though so get some anti-virus protection and MalwareBytes for malware protection and do some scans.

whenever I use the Apple Store it always list the spot I’m logging in from as 700klms away. Just put it done to the servers they use and where they are based.

Thank you, I guess my concern is I hook up to wifi at work, and additionally it just seems odd, because other people who have the same phone service towers and companies are regular dynamic ip addresses which state a city close to us, and just mine is showing as Tennessee and static address
