Can't Share Images fro Gallery in Android Phone

One of the ladies at this foundation I volunteer for asked me for help regarding this. Everytime she tries to share an image, Android shuts down the app. I took a video so you can see exactly what the issue is. I don’t own an Android so I’m pretty lost on what to do to solve. Does anyone have any ideas?

Turn off the device. Hold Power and Volume Down until you see the Samsung logo. Let go of Power, but keep holding Volume Down until you get to your lockscreen. It should say “Safe Mode” on the bottom left. Try sharing and see if the OS still crashes.
