Porsche book one, Stop code, can't find access to bios

I’m new, my English is bad (google helps) and I have a big problem with my notebook (Porsche design book one, i7, 16GB, 512GB, bought in 2018 - I managed to install win 11 and it worked very well for months).

To find a solution to my problem, I’ve been searching the internet for days and came across this page. Maybe an expert can help me.
My problem: When opening a doc file with Openoffice, the notebook froze and the screen froze. The restart ended in a loop: Bad_System_config_Info
Since then, the computer has been restarting again and again: The Porsche logo appears on the screen and a rotating circle starts below it, then the start attempt ends with the blue screen. My attempts to call up the notebook’s repair function were unsuccessful. Even starting and turning off the computer several times did not result in Windows responding.
My attempts to start the notebook using a win11, win10 or Ubuntu ISO file failed, presumably USB is not at the front of the boot order. I cannot get into the BIOS and change the boot order. I have not found any information anywhere about how to get into the BIOS on this notebook. I have tried all the key combinations circulating on the Internet without success.

Perhaps an expert knows the problem and can explain to me how to get into the BIOS or solve the problem in another way. I am very grateful for any tips.

Yes, I tried several times. I couldn’t find a way to enter Windows Recovery.

Try safe mode
Start your System, Windows 10 tries to boot, press and hold the power button down for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down -

Do this Twice - (may need 5 times)

Windows will boot into the Windows 10 Repair Environment, from there you can access Startup Recovery, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options -Startup Settings, then click Restart

When your system restarts, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

I tried this option again and again, but unfortunately without success.

When starting, the Porsche logo appears, then disappears and is visible again about 5 seconds later. The rotating circle below the logo does not appear. I then released the start button after 10 seconds. I did this five times in a row. When I then let the start process run through, the blue screen appears.

Is there another way to call up the repair function?

I’m a little desperate because I can’t find a solution for the second option, changing the start order in the BIOS.

Can you remove the battery and try the restart 3-5 times by pulling the power out?
or power off.
make sure it is off.
hold the F2 button when turning on - Not tapping the button.

I’m sorry, I can’t remove the battery from this notebook. It’s permanently installed and I would have to remove the display. I don’t trust myself to do that.
I always held down the F2 key, sometimes together with the “FN” key. There is also a hint on the Internet that pressing the “Volume Up” or “Quiet Down” key could lead to the BIOS. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either.
The “Porsche Design book one” is supposed to be a Microsoft device. Is there perhaps a special alternative solution to get into repair mode or the BIOS?

Please excuse me for only answering now, the family needed me.

Your reference to the battery was a first solution for me. I couldn’t remove it, but I was able to drain it by charging my smartphones. After plugging in the charger, I was able to get into the BIOS without any problems by simultaneously pressing the F2 key and was able to change the boot order. This now works even with a full battery. So the Windows ISO can be started.

Thanks to your support, I was able to take a first step ???.

The diagnosis is rather sobering, however, EFI seems to be the problem, among other things.

chkdsk shows numerous damaged attribute entries and attribute lists, data set segments are orphaned. A repair was not possible because it was in read-only mode.

Sfc /scannow shows that repairs have been carried out, but this does not seem to have happened, the message appears every time it is called after a restart.

The EFI partition cannot be deleted with gparted, and a new installation of Win 11 has not worked so far either.

I will keep trying and am very happy that you helped me with the first step.

2. How did you create the windows ISO/USB

I downloaded the Win-Iso file from Microsoft and copied it to the USB stick using Rufus. In my opinion, it runs without any errors.
There is a hard drive installed. I was able to access all the data on drives C: (Windows operating system) and D: (data) using WinPE and copied the data from drive C:.
As the attempt to reinstall Windows is not working, I have been running testdisk for hours.
Something seems to be out of order, at least there are a lot of error messages, but I cannot assess them. I have attached a photo, the program will probably run for a very long time.

Did you use Rufus because your computer is not win 11 compatible?
If it is compatible.
What I would do it download windows using the windows creation tool and use it to install windows.
When it asks where to install windows to use the option to format C drive and let it sort out the partitions.
Then run chkdsk after the install.

Yes, the computer is not compatible with Windows 11, which is why I wanted to install Windows 10 again.
I was able to back up all the data. But the problem seems to be more serious. I cannot delete any data. Gparted also cannot delete the partitions on the hard drive, and dban cannot access the hard drive. Even the test installation of Ubuntu fails.
I fear it is a major hardware error. Replacing the hard drive will fail for me because I cannot open the notebook. Because there is a lot of private data on the hard drive, I cannot take the device to a workshop. Unfortunately, that is it for the Porsche Design book one, the hammer will have to solve the problem.

Have you tried Linux SSD Secure Erase

I was able to back up all the data.

How was his done, I ask because if you could retrieve the data you should be able to format the drive.

Using DBan as a one off on an SSD is okay but no more than that, what method did you use when using DBan.
