I want to start off by saying that this is my first visit and post to the pc help forum website. And hopefully here at the forum my issues will be addressed and hopefully fixed. With that being said, I am here for the Dell Venue Pro 11 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor, and that I am at this time using. My first issue as to do with the audio. For a while now I have been getting an error message that reads: [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]No Audio Output Device Is Installed. I am not very good when it comes to trying to resolve a computer issue especially when things get complicated like these two problems. I do know the audio driver is here in the Dell Venue and I also tried simple steps/fixes on YouTube to fix the audio. Unfortunately, that did not do anything for me and everything I tried including updating the driver and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver did not work. The Del Venue Pro11 is running on Windows 10.
My second issue is the[COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)] touch screen does not respond to anything. I can still use the keyboard and type an email for example on the screen or browse on the web. The monitor/screen detaches from the keyboard, but it still does not function. With this issue I have no idea, no clue what to do there. For the record I have had this Dell Venue Pro 11 for several years. I do understand that there are no Windows 11 update for it because of the fact the laptop is running on a 32-bit operating system. I also understand as well, Microsoft does not deal with 32 bit anymore. These two issues are way beyond my understanding, and I don’t know what else to do for my laptop. I mean yes, I can buy a current new laptop and that be the end of that. But I have an interest and hope to get this Dell Venue audio and touch screen running once again, and hopefully if at all possible.
