hi, my son has a chuwee hero pro laptop with windows 10, it stopped working with an error message saying that there was a windows file missing. so he took out the hard drive installed another from the same make of laptop and the error message still comes up. any ideas how to get this error message to go away. He has tried reinstalling windows 10 but no luck the error message still comes up. stranger than that the error message comes up even without a hard drive installed i have never come across this before so all i can think of is removing the hdd, battery and the cmos battery for a while to see if that helps.
Any one else had same problem? or have any advice please.
