has the BIOS reset been done?

when in Safe Mode, how long did you give it, a few hours of usage?
if so, that should be enough to test the theory that while in Safe Mode, the issue could be software related, or with hardware that has been disabled due to safe mode.

to prove your idea about the wifi card, flip the laptop over, remove the back plate, and take out the small wireless adapter.
be careful with the antenna cables, they can be tricky to re-attach.

I haven’t done a bios reset, tbh the bios updates n stuff scare the hell out of me, yldonyou have a guide on that, that you trust? I had it in safe mode for many hours with no freezing. I’ll try the wifi card later tonight.

Just set to defaults.
