Good morning
I have a dell xps 9570 with an i7-8750h, but it is stuck at 0.8ghz and 3%.
It seems that Dell used an integrated controller which blocks the processor, which means that mine is stuck at 17w instead of 45w.
I updated the bios, but it doesnβt change anything.
You can see the problem on the screenshot.
Does anyone know what to do to resolve this problem?
