new laptop slows dramatically after some time until I reboot

So I recently bought a little laptop for 400 euros. it has a dedicated little graphics card that allows for some gaming.
I got Jagged Alliance 3 and it was right at the maximum this device could deal with.
Thats why I looked up some overclocking and downloaded MSI afterburner and dialed in some CPU and memory overclocking values that someone online had tried as still safe but on the borderline of what the system can handle.
So I was lazy and should have tried to judge the stability myself but I didnt.

Now there is a weird problem. After boot up everything is fine but then frames drop dramatically. When I reboot this is remedied. It takes a few hours to occur when surfing online but just a few minutes when gaming.

Did I ruin some components? Is this a memory leak?

I’d like to add that when the laptop was still fine, the game would freeze a few times in a 2-3 hour gaming session, needing a quick restart of the programme. Might that have been a warning sign, retrospectively?

I dont have the time to get into this myself because I have a baby and a highly pregnant mistress so please help me repair this.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
