HP touchpad

hp elitebook 850 g3 series cant get touchpad to work. Was fine then needed new motherboard after that touch pad only thing not working , Can see it in device manager tried latest drivers from HP including Synaptics driver and intel input output driver . Latest Bios Reinstall OS tried in safe mode still no response cant find anything in bios regards touchpad final resort I bought new touchpad same again nothing any input would be of help

Is the touchpad enabled in the BIOS " How to " here there are a couple of other checks at the link as well.
