Is my motherboard dead?

My laptop (Dell latitude e7450) doesn’t turn on most of the time. Sometimes it reaches the point of what is shown in the attached video, and once in a while I can actually get to the main screen and log in, but then it shuts down (no warning or anything).
Is it the motherboard that is done, or could it be something else???

I can’t seem to be able to attach the video, so I’ll try with an image…

Did anything happen in the time frame between it working and not?

Drops, shoves, kicks, maybe someone left it on the floor and stepped on it.

Do you have an external monitor to plug into? A TV would work as well if that’s what you have.

To add to what has been asked.

Could be the motherboard.

Could be the display card.
(Depends on the system may be built onto the motherboard)

Could be the cable that goes between the display screen and the display card.
(Test to see if the screen changes by moving it forwards and backwards.
