Hi guys and girls,
I have a laptop keyboard which is working fine EXCEPT that 3 buttons are not working, is it matter of keyboard itself or it might be because of cable connecting keyboard with laptop motherboard? Keyboard was never flooded.
almost always will be the keyboard itself.
the data ribbon is under the keyboard and unless the unit has had a severe knock or is very dirty/dusty, the connector should be fine.
as stated, try an external keyboard first.
but yeah - time to source a new keyboard for your make/model of laptop, if you donβt want to use an external keyboard.
