Repair my keyboard

Hello, I want to repair my computer keyboard by replacing it with a new one. I have already disassembled it but there is a part that I cannot disassemble. It’s the part that is before the keyboard, there are lots of holes sealed with rubber stuff (I’m not good at computers yet, I don’t know the name) but can you tell me how? disassemble this part?
