Mysterious file that can't be opened or deleted

A file whose icon is a blank white page appeared on my desktop. I ran MalwareBytes on it and found nothing. I can not open it, move it, or delete it.

    It is labeled as:

    data image_jpeg;base64,_9j_4AAQSkZJRgABAQAAAQABAAD_2wBD AAMCAgICAgMCAgIDAwMDBAYEBAQEBAgGBgUGCQgKCgkICQkKDA 8MCgsOCwkJDRENDg8QEBEQCgwSExIQEw8QEBD_2wBDAQMDAwQD BAgEBAgQCwkLEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEB AQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBD_wAARCAJNAfQDAREA

I tried to find it in Task Manager but it doesn’t appear.

    Any ideas what to do?

nevermind I just solved it myself, haha. I’ll leave this up just in case someone has a similar problem in the future.

    The solution:

Download 7Zip File Manager if you don’t already have it. Open it and locate the file. The file cannot to be moved to the recycle bin because “the system cannot move a file with long path”, so instead, in 7Zip click the file and use Shift+Delete. The file will then be deleted.

      nice solution.
I’ll close this as solved - it’ll still be available for people to search on.
