did you ever remove the CMOS like instructed to in Post # 10?
Think that is integrated into the BIOS and cannot be removed.
Much like the other prefabricated systems are (Dell, Gateway, HP ETC).
There could have been a fix for that from a BIOS update yet they all state require Windows 10 to perform. Since you updated to Windows 11 do not want to take the chance of disabling the system totally.
