Hello, I just bought a new Asus P1501JA laptop and after installing linux mint with some programs my ssd is not shown as boot option and isnβt detected from my linux live usb. In the bios i can see my sdd looking at ssd nvme configuration or from intel rst setting but i canβt find a way to boot from it and iβm out of ideas. Thank you

Which live version are you using?

Should something go wrong with it they will require you to put it back to a factory state before assisting you.
Doe the system boot to the USB of Windows and have you run the check disk on the NVMe?
Might want to reset the system back to and or as close to factory and contact Asus and make sure that everything is working correctly.
Could be that something might came loose during shipping worse case something is defective.Comment

Originally posted by RustysYou also understand that by doing this you have just voided the warranty that came with the system.
