MY LAPTOP WON'T OPEN COMPLETELY

HII Hello I wanted to ask or atleast uave some idea what just happened to my lapto brcause it bacame like this after I reset it.

When I opened it it will show a black and white screen with other colored line then will immediately shutdown, Ive beem trying to open it multiple times but it just wont open, please help me my documents and files needed for my exam tommorow are badly in need of some revision

Can you take us thru the steps on the reset you did? Also give us your laptop spec’s.

Without more info as @veeg asked for it makes it hard to help
Do you have access to another computer.
As well as make and model could you also give the serial number
amd as veeg asked how did you reset and why did you reset
were you having problems?

OHHH… Yeah thankyou for entertaining my question, anyway I found the solution, It’s probably because of my RAM being too low that it couldn’t run properly with updated windows so I Installed windows 8 through bootable drive and I also upgraded my RAM and it’s working now.
