My laptop's GPU utilization is low

I have a problem with some games. First of all my specs are like this:
OS: Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro
    GPU: Geforce GT-750M 4GB DDR3
    CPU: Intel Core I7-4702MQ
    RAM: 8GB DDR3
In some games, the GPU feeds at full power, while in some games it goes between 60%-80%. I set all the settings in the Nvidia control panel to high performance mode and disabled vsync everywhere. In Resident Evil 2, City Car Driving, GTA V, and some other games GPU utilization is 99%-100%.

    Let’s get your complete specs.

get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU.

      Hi,

This might be a driver issue as you are on a laptop. Have you updated your video drivers to the latest version? I would also try Performing a clean boot in Windows and see if that helps improve performance when playing games.
