Unfortunately the manufacturer for our Porsche Design Book One filed for bankruptcy a few months ago.
This situation forced us to rebuild our repair service with a new partner from the ground up.

After the Service Center has received your device, it will first undergo a complete technical check for functionality. You will then receive a cost estimate for the repair from the Service Center.

If you decide against a repair, the Service Center will charge a service fee of €49.00 for the technical check and shipping costs.
