terrible heat and terrible performance ! (cpu)

    dell vestro 3500
    11th Gen Intel(R) Coreβ„’ i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz
    8GB ram

I bought the device about a year ago and since then I have had heat problems , All games, no matter how unrequired, there is a drop in frames

when I plug it into AC or even play a YouTube video, the processor temperature becomes 90-100

I have tried many games like:
    minecraft
    gta v
    little nightmares
    battlefield 4
    (720 lowest setting!)

and all of them have problems like drop fram and Freeze

I will say this, have you opened the machine and cleaned the dust from the fans? Make sure and unplug first and remove the battery, and hold the power button for 10 seconds prior to doing this.

Simply put, if you are gonna game on a laptop you 100 Percent need a cooling pad as well.

      Hi @40Error04
Are you able to pull your laptop apart ?
You need to check the fan is spinning ok
that the fan and the case intakes are clean
and since you have it apart I would advise to replace the thermal paste with a good quality paste.
If budget can afford it I would also upgrade the ram to the max 16GB - it will help with gaming.

The above is relatively easy if you are compentent with a screw driver
