Slow Cpu Speed

Currently I tried disabling my NVidia graphic driver and tried again and was able to play without any issue. I am not facing any cpu slow issue.

Try running DDU and installing fresh drivers for your GPU.

A tutorial can be found here.

Make sure you download your drivers and disconnect your network connection before you run DDU, everything should be done offline as to prevent Window’s automatically downloading drivers.

This happens even when i play league or valorant

That’s because the CPU is nowhere near fast enough to play either game, as for being able to play Genshin, not sure how you were able to play it for years when it was only released 18 months ago ( Sept 2020 it says here ) that asides, there is no minimum CPU speed stipulated for the game only that it needs an i5 minimum.

Trust me, we don`t make this stuff up and you can confirm what has been said about Genshin here, you can check the requirements for any other game yourself, you will only find what has been said here.
