Advice regarding USB hub, DP, PD, and all that jazz

Hi guys! I have this laptop (i7, intel iris version):
dell 5510

Wanna buy this usb c hub:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09C5MXBLN/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A21TE5CLHZDYA7&psc=1

The laptop provides a barrel charger, and also PD. I want to use the following on the same thunderbolt 4 port:
[ul]
[li]PD to supply power[/li][li]HDMI 4k 60hz[/li][li]ethernet[/li][li]external DAC[/li][li]keyboard[/li][/ul]
I could really use your help with a few questions:
[ol]
[li]Am I better off with the barrel charger for any reason? (it’s 65W)[/li][li]Any reason that there may be a problem with this setup? Performance-wise?[/li][li]Should i get Dell type C charger or any will do? Saftey-wise?[/li][li]How many watt should the charger supply?[/li][li]other useful remarks?[/li][/ol]

from a holistic point of view, I have found these sort of peripherals to be generally good, but not surprised when they end up being incompatible, for whatever reason.

while what you are chasing should be doable, in the end it’ll be a suck-it-and-see exercise.

I haven’t used that barrel type. when I’ve wanted extra laptop ports I get a docking station.
