laptop temperatures

when it is idle the cpu temperature is between 55 to 60 degree celcius and when i do some heavy tasks on it like some photoshop and stuff it reaches upto 82 degrees is it normal[/IMG]

also - that 2nd gen processor was launch early 2011, so 10 years on, has the thermal paste ever been re-applied?
