I was trying something that claimed to boost performance, by using XTU to undervolt my cpu. However, I changed the slider too much, and my computer became super slow and unresponsive. I cant open XTU, and everything keeps buffering. Pls help

That is a new one on me - Sorry for your situation but that is just crazy.
Can you get system restore to run ? If yes do a restore .
If No boot to safe mode and try to run XTU or system restore.
