CPU&GPU suddenly performing poorly. Benchmark PC below expectations. Windows is kinda sluggish.

it was pretty sudden. Just 2 days ago, i was playing Warcraft 3 (old graphics) just fine.

    Now its slow.

my framerate in overwatch used to be 70 ish fps. Now its 12fps. This Pc can 100% handle this. I played overwatch, dark souls3 and sekiro on it. Non of them are that demanding But it was doing fine just a few days ago.

i did a UserBenchmark test and both the CPU and GPU performed way below expectations. They are performing worse than 88% of users that have a similar laptop

the issue doesn’t seem to be related to my graphics card. The windows it self is slow. There is no big applications open. I restarted windows twice. it didn’t work

even the device manger. clicking on different tabs in the device manager can take two to four seconds. All applications feel this way now.

    And ideas where to start??

    CPU: Intel Core i5-9300H

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
