      Factory reset done and the problem persists. I guess that leaves the charger? Am I right?

        You can try that.

        Could also be faulty RAM, Battery, HDD, Motherboard, where the poser connect to the system.

        Could also be the age of the system.

            Is there any woggle where it plug into the motherboard?
            Have you cleaned the dust from the system?
            Tested the RAM one stick at a time to see in each slots?
            Take it to a repair shop and have it fully tested by a certified professional.
