    Problems with my laptop

Recently I been having so many problems with my laptop
Programs take a while to open, once they open they tend to freeze (not responding) when first using them so I have to wait a little extra to use them.

System and the NVIDIA Container keep my disk at 100% most of the time, also restarting the computer doesn’t help either and also the startup is really slow, the desktop takes long time to load and the icons in my taskbar also take a while to load when it and when I hover is just the spinning circle loading icon of the mouse
Currently don’t have a specific antivirus on the laptop I just use the default windows defender to check for viruses I use it often, like a quick scan every month and a full scan like every 3-4 months, also have CCleaner that I use often to clean up like every month

and another note is that it tends to get hot around the top center of my keyboard so my guess is that there is where the processor or the graphics card is located, I have a small fan blowing next to it that that has kept it cool

    Computer Information:
    Model: HP ENVY m7 Notebook
    CPU: Intel(R) Coreβ„’ i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz
    Windows 10 (64 bit)
    Driver: NVIDIA GeForce 940M
Desktop Color Depth: 32 bits per pixel
    Monitor Refresh Rate: 60 Hz
    DirectX Card: NVIDIA GeForce 940M
    RAM: 16299 Mb
Total Hard Disk Space Available: 951828 Mb
Largest Free Hard Disk Block: 347840 Mb

I have ran the Error checking and it didn’t find any issues

here what pops up after I click Show Details in the error checking

check the SMART values for your boot drive, you may be looking at a failing drive.

also, start the PC in Safe Mode and see how it starts. in Safe Mode only the core essential processes are started, so there should be no NVidia Container running.
if the speeds are OK in Safe Mode, you have a background task chewing up resources.
and it may only be related to your user login, so you could also try creating another account and logging in under that profile.

        nope.
do the Safe Mode test, and failing that, the new login account test.
since you already have CCleaner, also get Piriforms Defraggler, it shows your hard drive S.M.A.R.T values in that.

Do you have any Adobe programs installed? If not then the problem may be that Flash is still installed, as this has been removed from Windows by several updates this may be trying to connect to some Flash update service.
Ensure you’re running the latest version of Windows - 21H1 - and are running the latest cumulative update.
You could also try Flash removal tool: Microsoft Update Catalog

What are you cleaning when you do the cleaning?
Have seen this program do more damage to systems if use incorrectly.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit if this is a Desktop.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
