Hi guys, I plan on buying a laptop for editing artworks and other multimedia projects, which shall I consider more? The GPU or the CPU? Thanks and stay safe.
If youβre editing graphics heavy projects then the Graphics card needs to be of high quality (nVidia imo). The processor needs to be good too, 8 core or better with minimum 2.4 GHz per core.

it also depends on the software and how it has been coded to use resources, it may preference CPU over GPU or vice-versa.
with such demanding tasks, and being a laptop with future upgrading of either the CPU or GPU being not possible, you will have to get the best of both that budget allows.
