    HP elite Book 8460P

    Dear Team,

    i have this HP elite Book 8460 am facing issue of screen has mixed the picture, once i click the mouse both internal or external , i have done this below.
    1. i remove the inbuilt mouse.
    2. clean all board.

    But Problem still persist when i click mouse the same issue it is happen again and again

    kindly assist to resolve this problem

    Does this happen if on an external monitor?

    Does this occur in safe mode?

      for on an External still occur and i didnt manage to go with safe mode couse am using win10 may you have others options
      please

        Need to try safe mode

        yet since it is happening with the external monitor leaning more towards the display card.

        If the system has any warranty you may wan to call them.

          ok may be you can assist me how to go the safe mode with win10 OS i have been tried to follow the google post but no lucky

                i manage to go in safe mode, there is no problem in safe mode its working fine. what should i do to resolved this issue please.

                i will appreciate again for your advice

                  Lets preform a clean boot and see if we can find what may be causing this.

                    ok i did clean boot but the problem still pesist . anyway you may close this case thanks for your support much appreciate.
