Hey I using my laptop and automatic close and my laptop wonβt starting and doing automatic repair but not starting and after screen came srttrail.txt problem and I do everything seeing video on YouTube like CMD chkdsk, system restore, when I go to reset my laptop wonβt rest and came no change were made please anybody know solution please tell me because it save me.

can you get into BIOS and check things out? like is the drive being detected, the amount of memory is showing correctly?
