Very High power Usage in task manager

So yesterday I upgraded my ram From 4 to 8 and when I start playing Roblox the fps was so low and it was so laggy I was confused so I check task manager it shows me very high power usage and I checked the ram usage and Cpu it was all normal but power usage is high Can somebody help me?

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
