Flickering screen HP notebook

Hello everybody,

i am at a loss. I bought this HP notebook 15s-fq1042nb with windows 10 but the screen keeps flickering almost everytime i use the touchpad.
The weird thing is that this is only a problem when you start the system after it was shut down completely.
Like now, if you restart the system, the problem goes away and i can write this message, and use the notebook whithout any flickering.

I have tried the usual windows update, and driver update voor the display but it said i have the latest version.

Does anybody have any idea what could cause this problem?

under warranty?

so, every fresh start, the screen flickers and every restart, the screen is normal?
