Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH AMD Keyboard not functioning

Just got the Legion 5 few days past, the keyboard stopped working after few hours of using, fixed by force restarting, same problem occurs again over again and again, only method so far i found is to force restart it. Tried updating/uninstalling drivers, windows all up-to-date, on screen keyboard works well, bios updated, and not one works..

Hi. Yes, the laptop is brand new, one day into using it’s already problematic. Unfortunately I can’t get the laptop repaired by their technicians due to covid-19..

Try using a USB keyboard until it can be repaired and check with them to make sure that is ok to wait that long. That way there is something documented on the account and or they may tell you to ship it in for repairs.

Did the keyboard work when you were setting the pc up?
Can you remember what you were doing prior to the keyboard failing?
Is the problem with specific keys or the whole keyboard?
