Intel(R) PCIe controller (x16) - 1901 error

Hello,
i recently bought a new Acer computer. Two days after i bought it and tested it (it worked perfectly) there was a problem with PCIe controller showing an error Code 10 in Device Manager. I suspect that affects my Nvidia GPU too, as it is not getting recognized and runs the integrated Intel UHD Graphics. I would like some help in getting this issue resolved.

I already tried:

• Updating Windows
• Downgrading Windows
• Updating BIOS/UEFI
• Updating and downgrading drivers
• Resetting Windows

Ok,if it were me i would use the warranty… The laptop should not be doing this.
