Asus N56J boot issue

Hello

(I’m sorry for english mistakes -.-" )

I’m new to this forum and hope someone can help me

Starting by the 1st of May i’m having some trouble booting my Asus N56J notebook.
I think it’s an HW issue, because i’ve already tried to boot with a USB key but without any result.

You can see the issue on this video on YT

After some times continuing like on the video, sometimes it boots, but sometmes it does not.

I’ve already tried with and without battery and with and without power supply but without any luck.

I have really no idea of what’s the problem, and I really love this notebook because it’s still working perfectly, I don’t want to change it

Thanks in advance

Hello Edoardo9708,

No problem with your English (y)

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

What USB key?
Did you try different USB ports?
Did you set the BIOS to boot there and turn off legacy and secure boot?
