Sorry MA131511 but for us to be able to help we need you to work with us and not go off and do your own thing.

The latest dmp reports MemCompression which can be caused by GPU drivers.

Let us know if you wish to continue here but be aware that our assistance will only continue if you stick to what has been advised.

The stable Dell driver is specifically intended for your model of computer and if installed on any other model that computer would suffer the same problems that you get when you install incompatible drivers.

Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.

Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and they sometimes do not even bother.

OK, First 2-3 times I didn’t know that I should not reply by clicking on the reply button on your reply/message. but this time I did it willingly to quote that particular statement. But still, if you would solve my problem rather than telling me not to reply or reply like this, in whatever situation you are gonna get a mail. So please, if you can help solve my problem tell me and if you can’t tell me. 'Cause you might be working here as a job but I’m not, you might be getting money but I’m not so it might be not you wasting time here but me if my problem is not solved, but if my probs are solved then its greetings to you.
              Thank You.
              Hope you help.
