Well laptop in a way !

I do Ha imaging, the Sun on occasion.

The main problem is of course using a laptop easily in the daylight.

Is there any way now to attach a Virtual Reality Headset to a PC so as to NOT use the screen but still use the mouse.

    Thank you

    Hello

This is what i found in my research..

    And quote:
Yes. The VR headset does not give you a way to navigate the desktop - whether it’s Windows, Mac, or Linux. You run a VR app just like you would any other desktop app (double-click on the icon or choose it from a menu), which means that you have to be able to see it, move the mouse/cursor to select it, etc.

If you already have a monitor, and you’re hoping to avoid buying another one to hook to your new VR computer (or you just don’t have desk space for another monitor), then you might want to consider getting a β€œKVM switch” (Keyboard-Video-Mouse) that allows you to have a single keyboard, monitor, and mouse, all shared by several computers. A special key combination on the keyboard causes the KVM to switch which computer is active. You’d connect your existing monitor, etc., to the KVM, as well as your computers, and then connect the VR headset to the VR computer’s second video output.

Yeah that would be a no.. The research i found that the developers are not there as of yet.. Granted that would be a nice thing to have.
