    We;cpme to PCHF Blazerion,

    We could do with some further info to go on;

    Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

    To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

    In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

    In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

    Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

        Seeing a couple of things in your Speccy report, one or more of which could be related to the issues that you mention, Avast, the once highly recommended free AV has become that much of a monster/resource hog that not many folk recommend it any more, one of its biggest faults is the browser plug ins that it foists on folk which as a consequence causes problems with the internet connection, as you are running Windows 10 you do not need a third party AV in any event as you have Windows Defender and Firewall which are better.

        [COLOR=rgb(226, 80, 65)]Avast Antivirus
        [COLOR=rgb(226, 80, 65)]Antivirus: Enabled

        You can uninstall Avast in the Control Panel but should you have any problems see Avast clean removal info here [COLOR=rgb(226, 80, 65)]Please create a new system restore point first.

        Once Avast has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

        Because your notebook also has a discrete GPU the Windows Power Plan should be set to High Performance or the chip will not have the power it needs to be able to best perform when you are gaming.
