I have a new laptop with 256GB SSD M.2 disk. I would like to expand it to 1TB. My idea is to copy that small SSD to HDD. Then replace old SSD. Then boot from USB HDD and restore my old SSD partition on the new larger one. To do this I need a good partition manager/cloning tool which can handle well all the subtleties of copying all those system partitions around. What tool should I use for this job?
Macrium Reflect would also be a good cloning choice.
and if you already have the new SSD, most include software for that very process, Samsung SSDβs do at least.
