    Playing Videos on PC

    So I’ve had this problem for a while now but my laptop is broken so now I really need this fixed. Anytime I try to play videos through either the windows 10 film and video player thing or Netflix, maybe more but as far as I know its just hose two, the fps is incredibly low around 1 or 2 frames per second but when I minimize their screen to about 1/10 of the monitor they work fine. Also i can play videos on youtube fine. If it helps here are some specs on my pc:
    16gb ram
    AMD quad core processor
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 ti
    please I need help

    Hello

    Other than the fps issue,is there any other issue with the laptop,you were referring to your laptop is broken? Hopefully some of our members will chime in soon.

      The problem with the laptop is its gone dead and just stopped charging ive tried other chargers and multiple outlets. Its a school laptop and they have an IT department who can fix it so im not too worried about that thank you though.

        What is the actual processor and specification of the RAM.

        Being that the notebook is school property their IT department are the ones that should be resolving all issues with the notebook, any software problems that you are having could be down to restrictions that have been put in place by the IT departments Admin.

          the issue with the laptop is wholely different as it is jsut that the charger is broken this happens often as our school uses very low quality chargers the main issue I am having is the one i spoke about in the first thread with my personal gaming pc, nothing to do with school or the laptop.

                Some tips for when asking for assistance on forums;

                Only mention the computer that you are specifically looking for help with, provide as much information as you can regarding the hardware, software and the problem/s that you are having with the computer, we are not allowed to offer support for anything other than personal computers that have software installed that the end user is legally licenced to have and use on the said computer.

                Provide any requested information as best that you can, as per the post #5 above, Mal has asked for information that is needed in order to be able to help you.

                Please do not quote every reply, rather than help it hinders as it makes for unnecessary reading.
