    Automatic System Repair Loop

    Hi everyone!
    So I have a Lenovo Legion y520 laptop. My problem is that it is stuck in an automatic repair loop, and I literally can’t do anything. If I try to do a system backup the STATUS_WAIT_2 error pops up. Won’t let me do a restore, saying no error just not letting me do that. Even tried using cmd but somehow the laptop don’t recognise any directory just X. It’s like it doesn’t have an hdd… Any ideas to fix it?
    Thanks for your help!

    Hello

    See if this works.. Connect the Windows installation media or Recovery Drive/System Repair Disc to your PC, select your language preferences, and finally click Next button to continue …

    [ol]
    [li]Click Repair your computer at the bottom.[/li][li]Choose Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Command Prompt.[/li][li]Type chkdsk /f /r C: and then press Enter[/li][li]Type exit and press Enter.[/li][li]Restart your PC to see if the problem is fixed or not[/li][/ol]

          Couple of questions if I may;

          Had the computer been dropped or banged previous to this happening, such a new computer should not suffer a failed storage device so soon.

          Is there any data on the HDD that you need to try and recover.
