Laptop for animation

I’m looking for a laptop for creating 3D amination. My current laptop slows down and is also 5 years old machine. Can anyone suggest a new combo of features? I have picked a few from https://theconsumerbasket.com/best-l...for-animation/ including HP Envy 17 and ASUS VivoBook Pro. Is it necessary to have SSD or HDD is fine, as I have a tight budget?
