    Hello

Let’s run down your procedure. You formatted the entire HDD first correct? Then re-install the OS,correct? Then updated the OS to the current Win 10 education N, version…correct?

Hi saifoufa. Is your laptop using a regular hard drive for its storage? If so its possible that the hard drive is starting to fail especially if the system is running slow after you perform a clean install of Windows.

I would suggest that you upgrade the laptop’s hard drive to an SSD if possible as that will dramatically improve the system’s overall performance. Is this something that you have the budget available to do?

For more additional information , I didn’t use clean install or try something to optimize my laptop , I only like I said flashing iso in to USB and then make normal install just windows 10 ask me to format that partition and I do then I install it like Normal windows

Which file format did you use?
You should of just deleted all of the partitions and allowed the installation to format the drive during the installation.

Have you ran anything like @Evan Omo has stated to check the Hard Drive it may be starting to fail.

Where did you get the ISO for Windows 10 N Education from?
The USB drive may be going or the install files may be corrupt.

First buy this SSD, Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD.

Then follow this guide here to install it and perform a clean install of Windows, How To Upgrade and Install a New Hard Drive or SSD in Your PC.

Yes it will work but your laptop looks like it will be difficult to take apart to replace the hard drive. Follow this tear down guide from iFixit for how to take the laptop apart, HP Pavilion 15 P Series Hard Drive Replacement.

@Evan Omo why you chose Samsung SSD… is it the perfect one ? Team group L5 LTE 1 TO SSD is good ? What about SILICON POWER S55 960 Go SSD?

Samsung is the most reliable SSD and it is a great quality product which is why I recommend that brand. Those other brands I have not heard of.
