Age of empire online conflict when enable audio driver

Hello Support when i disable the audio driver and play the game age of empire online it work perfectly but the issue is when i enable the audio driver the game craching in loading
so and note that the others game work normal with sound like fortnite , world of wecraft …
other note : i update my driver to latest version , i have hp model : 15-ac108nk
if any other information you need to know i’ll tell you about it

I use windows 10 education N 64 bit
Sir if you have time i can open my teamviwer and let you enter to my laptop and check everythink , the game worked before on windows server 2016
but in windows 10 x64 i don’t know why the audio driver is the problem and note that the others game are work perfectly with no error i have lot free time
and i can sent you my id and pass in the gmail sir i use discord too if we can talk or we can speak with facebook this is my account : it is realy sir not easy problem , you should check by yourself

Okay sir , so as I told you when I activate the audio driver the game crach in loading , I have use windows 10 education N 64bit and I try the method you say by disable all process in msconfig band note that I use safe mode and I enable sound in safe mode and the same thing the game crach in loading and not pop any error , the only way to play this game is to disable the audio sound in my laptop , so sir have you any idea ? And other note my windows 10 is newly installed have 3-4 days , so any details sir you need???

Did you do a Clean Start up or Safe Mode there is a difference.

Does Age of Empire have the latest patch(s) installed?
You may have to go to the site and manually download it and install it.

Does the game work in Single Player?

Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling?

Is this a download or disk and where did the come from?

Sir first there is big different between age of empires and age of empire online , all age of empire 1 - 2 - 3 work fine but age of empires online is different , I uninstalled the game and the driver many times and I reinstalled them but same problem when I activate the audio driver the game crach in loading , the game is playing in online and offline the patches has no effect … I contact the game devlopeur and he check my laptop and showed him the problem , he told me I should contact the hp support cause the audio driver make like 3rd party program in that game , this problem are not easy sir , you should check it by yourself

i install the Media Feature Pack x64 (1803)
the game now working with sound and in perfect mode ,
i just have question sir what is the role of Media Feature Pack?
