Laptop for development

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a laptop good enough to smoothly run Unity or Unreal. I’m in my senior year of school and need something to be able to develop on the go. I bumped into the Predator Helios 300 but being a college student the price is a bit steep. I’ve never been really good with hardware and specs and im sure how resource intensive whatever im developing is factors into what i need but i was searching for a rig to start from.

correct, some 2D but mostly just 3D.

Is there a huge difference between the 1050ti and the 1060?

Wow thank you so much. One last thing though, what do you think of the predator? if i were to push it and spend the $1050, am i getting my money’s worth?
