HP G62 screen don't work.

Hello, I have a old laptop used by my mum some time ago. It’s a HP G62. Screen don’t work and system work only in safe mode (sorry idk how this is named in english). When I try to run it in normal mode I have a bsod with message: “A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.” I’ve done a hard reset (i dont know did I do it fine) and bios reset. Can I do something more before dissasembling? Thanks for help!

What Operating System and Version?
How old is the system?
What hardware is in it?
Have you tried to remove any software while in safe more or configured it for Safe Boot?

it looks like it came out in 2011.

Since there are many models that start with G62, the OP will have to state the FULL model.
