AMD E1-6010 APU AMD Radeon R2 Graphics Windows 10

Hello, Before i start english is not my primary language, so im sorry if i can’t express myself well
I have an issue, i own an HP laptop ( Not a good one, i know that, but it’s the only one i have for now)
    specs β†’ AMD E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics, 1.35ghz, 4 gb ram, 64bit, windows 10.

I only want to play Counter Strike 1.6 (Steam) with stable fps, since is the only game i like,
but i keep getting FPS drops, whem moving around, example - i start with 60 fps or 100 (yes it can go with 100) but it drops to 30 45 forward in game, what is the problem ? i dont understand why i lose performance on a game so old..

i mean yes this laptop is bad.., but that dosent justifies the loss.. Help me .. and thank you

        Hello NoStressZen4X,

Could be the quality of your internet connection.

Have you tried playing any games straight from a DVD or ones that have been downloaded and saved.
