    start up probs

    Hi all
I have an HP Stream 11.6" notebook with a Celeron n3060 and 4g mem that fails to boot up. When I turn it on it seems like it wants to start goes to the HP logo screen for about 10 seconds then logo goes away, few seconds later screen goes black, another few seconds later screen lights up with what looks like a DOS prompt in top left hand corner for a half sec then back to logo screen and it starts all over. It will repeat this cycle ad nauseum indefinitely. I can hit f10 and get to bios but I am not ok to do anything in there without professional help. I will appreciate all help given.

sounds like it’s failing to detect the internal solid state drive.
go into BIOS via F10 and look at the system specs and see if the drive is listed.
    how old?, under warranty still?

Since the system is under warranty you should contact them since some of the things we may have you try could void that warranty.
